I'm Sobia, and I'm passionate about bringing the taste of Kashmiri home cooking .
My journey began with a simple longing – a desire to recreate the tastes of home and share them with
others.
Growing up in Kashmir, I was surrounded by the most incredible food – rich,
flavourful dishes like wazwan and other kashmiri dishes that have been passed down through generations.
But when I moved from home to Bay Area California, I found myself missing those familiar flavours,
those comforting meals that reminded me of family gatherings and happy times.
So, I decided to do something about it.
I started "Flavour Of Kashmir" as a way to recreate those beloved dishes and share them with
others through offering services like event catering, takeaway, and delivery on demand.
Every recipe you'll find here is a labor of love, inspired by my own family's kitchen and the vibrant
food culture of Kashmir.
